The Agape Center is a safe, supportive place for people to gather and grow mentally, physically, and in their relationship with Jesus. We offer year-round programming and mentorship for kids, teens, and adults in Roseland, Chicago, where we have been serving our neighbors since 1979.
1st – 8th graders will enjoy supervised fun in the Agape Center gym and game rooms, plus age-appropriate Bible study.
Teens will learn about the Bible and following Jesus in a fun, interactive, relational setting. Caring adult leaders act as mentors and guides.
We looking for adult volunteers who are following Jesus and are involved in a local church to supervise our child and teen programs. Volunteers will serve one or more days a week. Sound like you? Fill out our volunteer interest form.
The Agape Center has been transforming lives in inner-city Chicago since 1979. Our year-round programs for kids and teens not only provide a safe space for at-risk youth outside of school, they also lay a strong foundation for future success and spiritual growth. And our whole-person discipleship programs for adults help our neighbors flourish in every stage of life.
