Like all of Cru, we are committed to sharing the gospel and making disciples. We do so through mutual partnerships with churches, pastors, and lay leaders who have a heart to care for those in need in cities.
As a Cru staff member, you’ll provide compassionate outreach resources to churches to help connect those in need with the good news and the Body of Christ. You’ll empower churches through training in evangelism and discipleship. And you’ll help churches develop long-term, whole-person discipleship programming for children, teens, and adults.
You don’t have to be an expert at ministering to those in need to join Cru Inner City. Ideal employees simply have a posture to learn from others and to serve people. Most Cru roles contain a mix of field ministry and behind-the-scenes administrative support. Virtually all positions involve some level of support raising and/or fund development to fund an employee’s salary.
Our mission is to live out the Great Commandment and fulfill the Great Commission with churches in the inner city. Together, we seek God and make disciples.
